Conference Profile
The GaETC Conference is entering its 21st year. The 2007
conference
& tradeshow attracted teachers,
administrators, technology & media specialists, technology
coordinators, Department of Education personnel & other
registrants from around the state & the nation interested in
educational technology. The tradeshow is a valuable part of the
conference & provides attendees with the latest information on
hardware, software & uses of technology.

Who Exhibits
Companies who participate include those who offer: hardware; educational software;
networking and internet services; computer furniture; telecommunications; distance
learning; cable television; and other products or services that are of interest to
educators and administrators in the State of Georgia.
Booth Fees
2008 booth fees are:$900 for a 10'x10' inline booth package, and $950 for a 10'x10' corner
booth package.

Booth Furnishings
The 10' x 10' booth package includes the following: one 6' draped table; two chairs;
1 wastebasket; one-line exhibitor identification sign; 8' back wall drapes; 3' side-rails;
Booth and aisle carpeting will be provided. The booth rental fee does not
include electrical or telephone service. Order forms for these services will be
included in the on-line Exhibitor's Manual. We encourage all exhibitors who will need
electricity and/or telephone lines in their booth to order it early, as the fee is
greatly reduced for advance orders. |

The official decorator and general service contractor for the show is:
National Expo, Inc. The Exhibitor's
Manual will be on-line. The on-line manual will include general information and order forms for electricity and telephone,
additional furnishings, shipping, etc. |
