You may also register online or fax your form to 850-906-0077. All conference payments should be mailed to the above mailing address.
No. Please do not mail a copy of your registration form if you have faxed your registration or registered online. When making payment, please send a copy of your online registration receipt, your purchase order number, or a list of attendees with your payment so that your registration will be properly credited.
One. A separate registration form should be used for each individual attendee from your organization. You may also register all attendees from your organization online at one time.
Yes. After the pre-registration deadline of September 12, 2008,you can register on-site, by coming to the on-site registration counters located in the Convention Center at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
What does my registration include?

How much does it cost to attend Water Congress?

Payment Information
2008 Water Congress accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. Please do not send cash through the mail. Cash payments are accepted during on-site registration.
To whom do I make my check or money order payable?
Please make checks payable to 2008 Water Congress. For a completed W-9 form, please email kathy@mcraeco.com or contact Registration Management at 866-412-2696.
Will I receive an invoice for my conference registration?
Invoices will be mailed to all billing organizations specified by attendees who register with a purchase order.
Changes, Substitutions, and Cancellation Information
How do I cancel and request a refund for a registration?
Requests for refunds/cancellations will not be accepted. You may send a substitute in your place, but there will not be any refunds.
If I have to cancel my registration, can someone else attend in my place?
Yes, you may substitute a registration. Please email it to kathy@mcraeco.com or fax a request to Registration Management at 850-906-0077.
How do I make a correction to my registration?

Confirmation and Name Badge Information
Will I receive additional information about the conference by mail if I register online?
Yes. Your registration confirmation will be e-mailed to you within one week of registration or mailed if no e-mail address has been provided.
Where is the Orlando World Center Marriott?
The Orlando World Center Marriott is located at 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando.
Onsite Conference Information
Where should I go when I arrive at the conference?
Upon arrival at the Orlando World Center Marriott, you may pick up your registration materials at conference registration, which will be located in the Convention Center at the Grand Ballroom registration desk.
What are the registration hours before and during the conference?
Wednesday, September 24, 2008 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 25, 2008 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday, September 26, 2008 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Can I bring my spouse/guest to the conference?
There are guest tickets available for purchase for the luncheons and reception. Please refer to registration form for further details.
Can I attend only one day of the conference?
No. One day only registration is not available.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business attire.
Where can I learn more about conference sessions?
You can visit www.centurycommission.org for information. Program booklets will be available when you check in at the conference registration counter.
Is there Internet access available during the conference?
Yes, there will be wireless available in the session rooms.
