You may also register online or fax your form to 850-906-0077. All conference payments should be mailed to the above mailing address.
No. Please do not mail a copy of your registration form if you have faxed your registration or registered online. When making payment, please send a copy of your online registration receipt, your purchase order number, or a list of attendees with your payment so that your registration will be properly credited.
One. A separate registration form should be used for each individual attendee from your organization. You may also register all attendees from your organization online at one time.
Yes. After the pre-registration deadline of May 14, 2008,you can register on-site, by coming to the on-site registration counters located in the lobby of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center.
No, you may not register to attend the Institutes without registering for the conference.
What does my registration include?

Payment Information
MS Summer Conference accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. Please do not send cash through the mail. Cash payments are accepted during on-site registration.
To whom do I make my check or money order payable?
Please make checks payable to MS Summer Conference. For a completed W-9 form, please email kathy@mcraeco.com or contact Registration Management at 866-769-6342.
Will I receive an invoice for my conference registration?
Invoices will be mailed to all billing organizations specified by attendees who register with a purchase order.
Changes, Substitutions, and Cancellation Information
How do I cancel and request a refund for a registration?
Requests for refunds/cancellations must be made in writing to Registration Management, prior to May 14, 2008. All cancellation requests will be subject to a $10 administrative fee. Refund requests postmarked after May 18 will not be honored. No refunds will be given on-site. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
If I have to cancel my registration, can someone else attend in my place?
Yes, you may substitute a registration. Complete the Substitution form and email it to kathy@mcraeco.com or fax the form to Registration Management at 850-906-0077.
How do I make a correction to my registration?
Please email corrections to kathy@mcraeco.com.
How do I know if I am registered for a Institute?
If you registered online, your registration receipt will indicate Institutes that were added to your record during registration. You will also receive an email confirmation automatically after you complete your registration. If you register by fax or mail, you will receive a mailed confirmation once your registration has been processed. If the Institute is not listed on your confirmation, you are not registered for that Institute. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration or have questions about your Institute registration, please email kathy@mcraeco.com.

Will I receive additional information about the conference by mail if I register online?
Yes. Your name badge and workshop ticket will be mailed to you by May 23, 2008. If you have not received your badge by May 23, please contact registration management to ensure that you are registered for the conference. Please bring your name badge and attached ticket with you to the conference.
What should I do if I haven't received my name badge or workshop tickets by mail?
If you do not receive your name badge, you may use your email confirmation and a photo identification to pick up your name badge and workshop tickets during onsite conference registration hours. Please bring your confirmation to the "On-site Registration" counters. Having your confirmation and photo identification in hand and entering the correct line will ensure expeditious registration. If you do not have an email confirmation, please contact Registration Management to ensure that you are registered for the conference.
Where is the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center?
The Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center is located at 2350 Beach Blvd, Biloxi. For convention center location information, please visit the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center website. Parking is available in the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center parking lot at no charge to attendees.

What are the Exhibit Hall hours during the conference?
Exhibit hours are:

Can I bring my spouse/guest to the conference?
There are no spouse/guest passes available for the conference.
Can I bring my child to a session?
No. No one under the age of 18 years of age will be admitted to the conference, including babies in arms or children in strollers.
Can I attend only one day of the conference?
No. One day only registration is not available.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual attire and walking shoes are highly recommended.
Where can I learn more about conference sessions?
Program booklets will be available when you check in at the conference registration counter. You can begin planning your schedule by looking at the concurrent sessions and Institutes on this website.
Who will be exhibiting at this year's conference?
Is there Internet access available during the conference?
A CyberCafe will be available in the Exhibit Hall. Stations will be provided where you can check email and explore the internet.
